I believe there's a problem with the time-stamping on receiving files with
rz on the dec dialups (marinara.mit.edu)...
and if so (and if rz is smart enough to be checking time-stamps on
rz-continuations of incomplete files) then that may explain some
other difficulties I've had with rz in the past!

I didn't even start sending the files until after midnight, so I don't
understand why they're time-stamped as 4 hours previous.
I have not (yet) tried to recreate this bug here or on any other machine, but
I will keep an eye out for it in the future.
