If you are mentioning Ghostscript/Ghostview at all, you should mention
that the outland locker usually has the most up-to-date versions of
these programs; the gnu locker does not. I don't think that you should
mention the gnu locker at all, because there are naming conflicts
between the gnu programs in outland and the corresponding ones in gnu.

Every single program in the GNU locker is either way out
of date, compiled on older, possibly incompatible platforms,
	broken, and/or misinstalled.

I don't think people should have gnu attached at all; it's at best
confusing and at worst dangerous, it's been that way for over a year,
and it doesn't look like it's going to change anytime soon. If and when
it does, the documentation can be updated, although I understand the
need to avoid frequent changes in the printed docs.
