That's my fault. I forgot that was a SIPB-spefic change Andrew made.
I'll fix it tonight. Also, I'll lobotomize the MakeTeXPK support. It
shouldn't be trying to run it at all, whether or not you give the -M flag.
(This is also I SIPB-specific change Andrew made. If I'd read the RCS
logs in dvips.old, I could of avoid this, but no, I had to be stupid.)
