We are out of space in the Athena copy of the sipb locker (again).
I looked at what's in there, and I can't think of anything to cut
from the sync that would yield much except the RT programs. The
RT binaries and related files total to 24264K.
The RTs will all be gone from public clusters by August 5. Do
we want to ask Athena for more space, or partially de-support the
RT? Note that I am not suggesting removing binaries from the
sipb copy of the locker.
