This isn't really a bug, but about a week ago some people were talking about
the whats program on -i help, how it asks you the meaning of acronyms it
doesn't know, but it doesn't actually store the new information.  Someone
said we should send the info it asked for to bug-sipb, so I've been keeping a
list of acronyms it didn't know.  Here's the list, so you can include 
whichever ones you feel like into the program's file.

EECS	- Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
APO	- Alpha Phi Omega
		(currently says Alpha Pi (?) Omega)
RPI	- Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
VMI	- Virginia Military Institute
CPR	- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation
RTFSA	- Read The F***ing Stock Answers
CIO	- Congress of Industrial Organizations
		(And maybe there should also be a joint entry for AFL-CIO?)
PHD	- PHilosophiae Doctor/Doctor of PHilosophy
MA	- Magister Artum/Master of Arts
		(I'm not sure if these Latin versions are right.)
YMMV	- Your Mileage May Vary  [net jargon: Your opinion may be different.]
RSA	- Rivest, Shamir, and Adleman
BCCI	- Bank of Credit and Commerce International
		(This might be wrong.  Especially, the C-words may be flipped.)
CFA	- Communaute Financiere Africaine
		(consortium of economically linked African countries)
CINC	- Commander in Chief
OBI	- Online Book Initiative
TAT	- Thematic Apperception Test
IMO	- In My Opinion  [net jargon]
		(I've seen this used in place of IMHO.)
WPA	- Works Progress Administration
USMA	- United States Military Academy
USNA	- United States Naval Academy
		(USAFA is already in there, with a note saying it's in
		Colorado Springs.  That's the nearest city, but it's 
		actually quite far away.  Look at a map.)
SSS	- Selective Service System
HHS	- Health and Human Services
HEW	- Health, Education, and Welfare
APL	- A Programming Language
CD	- Change Directory
		(At least, I assume it stands for this.  Other commands,
		 like grep and pwd, are listed, so maybe cd should be too.)
KKK	- Ku Klux Klan
GURPS	- Generic Universal Role-Playing System
		(It may be General instead of Generic, I'm not sure.)
SOB	- Son of a B***h
BMW	- Bavarian Motor Works [Corporate name]
		(I don't know the original German, but it's similar.)
KLM	- Koninglijke Luchtvaart Maatschapij [Corporate name]
		(translates to "Royal Dutch Airline")
IUD	- Intra-Uterine Device
TQM	- Total Quality Management
BB	- Ball Bearing
		(as in BB gun)
BBS	- Bulletin Board Service
		(Is this right?)
VR	- Virtual Reality
RV	- Recreational Vehicle
MCAS	- Marine Corps Air Station
NAS	- Naval Air Station
AFS	- Air Force Station
		(different from Air Force Base)
ASPCA	- American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals
ASPCC	- American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children
ST	- Star Trek
ST:TNG	- Star Trek: The Next Generation
ST:TMP	- Star Trek: The Motion Picture
ST:TWOK	- Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan
