A user just informed me that there is an error on page 4 of
Inessential Latex revision 3.0. Under section 3.2 Title Page, it
says that "To eliminate the page number on the first page, put
\thispagestyle{empty} before the \maketitle." Apparently this
does not work. The commands need to be used in the reversed
order.
