I installed expire-kill.{el,elc} in the sipb locker. It will be
available when the volume is released. This package allows you to set
expire times on your GNUS kill files, so that GNUS doesn't waste a lot
of time trying to kill threads that have been dead for a long time.
Read the source for information on how to use it.
(BTW, I had to install add-hook.el as well, because expire-kill uses it.)
