I was just trying to read a recent (sent today) posting in the
group sci.math.symbolic, when XRN popped up a window (on a DECstation
5000/25 with colour monitor) with the following message:

Fri Apr 16 15:54:35 1993: Reconnected to the NNTP server
--------
Fri Apr 16 15:54:37 1993: XRN: serious error, your NNTP server does not have XHDR support.
Either you are running a pre-1.5 NNTP server or XHDR has
not been defined in 'nntp/common/conf.h'
And the following message was sent to stderr at the same time:
NNTP error: 412 Not in a newsgroup
I don't know what the messages were for... I'm able to read the posting
just fine. I'm just forwarding them to you in case you'll find them
useful for bugfixing.
