I talked to someone at SIPB about the availability of the new version of
unzip (that corresponds to pkunzip 2.0), and he told me that while SIPB
doesn't currently support the newer version, if I found them the free
source code, SIPB would be willing to compile it (I tried to do it
myself but got some errors from Makefile, and I have no idea about how
to fix them). So the file is available via ftp:
ftp.oak.oakland.edu
/pub/msdos/zip/unz50p1.zip
