Tonight I did the following:
o added a directory sun4c_51, filled right now with symlinks to
../sun4bin/*. We can replace these with solaris binaries as needed.
o added links from lib/sun4c_51 to ../sun4lib and lib/rnn/sun4c_51 to
lib/rnn/sun4; if we have to replace anything, we can make it
something like what we have above.
o created sun4c_51 in sipbsrc
