how about some facility for handling odd-sized paper? it assumes
8.5x11 inches.
Your wish is my command :-).
I've added \setpagewidth and \setpageheight. They assume that the
page is 8.5x11 to start with (they must do this because the right and
bottom margins are derived from the text width/height and left/top
margins, rather than being explicit; if somebody can suggest a way I
can make this assumption unnecessary, I'm all ears).
