Pit-manager's webster server has been disabled. I'm going to send
mail to hesreq and ask them to remove it from the sloc entry.
If we want redundant service in case snorkelwacker fails, we have to
come up with another server. We can use charon (or, what's going to
be charon), but since I believe its byte order is opposite the RT's,
we'll have to have two copies of the dictionary index files.
Alternatively, we can get rid of the server on snorkelwacker and pick
two other machines (charon and enteroop, perhaps, or something like
that) with the same byte order to run servers on.
