Has this guy been flamed soundly for his obnoxiousness (if he is,
indeed, the culprit)?
Also, do we have a copy of the .sty file around anywhere? If we do,
it might be worth installing, even if we do despise the actions of the
person who wrote it :-). Paul, do you have a copy?
I personally like what seems to be the current fashion in
copylefts.... "You can copy this code freely as long as you don't try
to make money off of it or claim that you wrote it."
