As an aside, I don't think people should be running the CLU compiler
(or tlink) on dialup, however, since it is a small memory hog.
Perhaps preventing the clu filesystem from being attached is in
order...
A _small_ memory hog???? It's as bad as scheme, or worse! We should
definitely disable the clu filesystem, with a note explaining why.
I can bring over the new version of attach, which can give an error
message when you try to attach games or clu.
filesystem games ERR You twit! Don't try to play games on dialup!
filesystem clu ERR I'm sorry, you'll have to lose somewhere else; dialup
filesystem clu ERR can not support CLU; there's not enough memory.
