motd on dialup re course lockers

The motd's on dialup and dialup2 ask people to remove course lockers
before they logout. The problem is that often more than one person is
working on the course locker at a time, and people can find lockers
disappearing from under them.
Since hard-mounting is no longer a default and therefore this is no
longer such a hot issue, may I suggest that we remove that line from
the motd's?
Also, this is at the request of 6.170, because their students are
having particular problems.
If I hear no objections to this by tomorrow night, I will modify the
motd's.
