While what you have described is a less than perfect situation, I
would not call it a bug.

Your xterm gets "very screwed up" when you exit out of mboggle using
ctrl-c because mboggle is a curses application and if you exit from a
curses application before it has a chance to clean up, your terminal
characteristics don't get restored to their original forms.

To fix this, select the "full reset" option on the
ctrl-middle-mouse-button xterm menu after exiting from mboggle.

I will see if I can put some code into the mboggle program to exit
gracefully and reset the terminal.  In the mean time, the solution
above should suffice.
