I have modified the webster client library so that when trying to
connect to the webster server, it will start at a semi-random place in
the server list, rather than always starting at the beginning.
The net effect of this right now is that webster and xwebster will
choose randomly between portnoy and pit-manager, which should result
in better service all around, since the load will be split much more
evenly between the two servers.
The new clients have been installed for vax, rt, decmips and rsaix
platforms.
