Calvin just pointed out to me that the group was still in picayune's
active file. I suspect that another process was working on the active
file when Ken edited it by hand, and then rewrote its version (with
the group still there) back out to the file after Ken had saved his.
I've delgroup'd it. It shouldn't come back ;-).
Note that if you edit the active file while in the shell provided by
locknews, this won't happen. If you don't lock the news system before
editing the active file, you can really screw things up.....
