I got back after screensaving for one minute, unscreensaved, and got
the following message:
23:04 X Error of failed request: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)
23:04 Major opcode of failed request: 10 (X_UnmapWindow)
23:04 Resource id in failed request: 0x1800028
23:04 Serial number of failed request: 609
23:04 Current serial number in output stream: 609
Thought you'd like to know.
There's some sort of race condition or bug in the X toolkit, which
I've never been able to track down (at least partially because I can
never seem to reproduce this problem myself).
I've just tried to finesse around it by removing some of the
unnecessary XtUnmapWidget calls from xscreensaver. If the problem
doesn't go away, my best recommendation is to ignore it -- when
xscreensaver crashes when the screen is unlocked, just restart it.
Thanks for the report.
