Actually, I don't think we have reached this decision, at least not
within SIPB. There have been people on athena-ws which have sniped
about /usr/sipb, but it is important to remember that SIPB != Athena.
I was not aware that SIPB had made a decision to wimp out and abandon
/usr/sipb. Jik, I think you're out in left field. :-)
