I moved the recently installed binaries from this directory. We need
to resolve some basic issues like which version of shared libraries,
finding port numbers via hesiod etc. The most recent installs have
broken the existing working sparc athena environment. If you want the
   binaries they are in /mit/sipb/sun4bin/BROKEN.

Have these issues been resolved yet? If so, can someone send out a
summary? (I've run into a similar problem at work - the hackers
(myself in particular) want code that uses resolv and X11R5, but the
only "consistent" thing we can ship to customers has to use
the default libc (ie. /etc/hosts or NIS) and OpenManhole...) Does the
Athena Sun release have a particular answer?
