I have installed a new version of xscreensaver with two fixes:
1) The usage message has been updated to reflect currently available
options.
2) If running on the RS/6000, the effective GID is set to the real GID
immediately after reading the password from /etc/security/passwd at
the beginning of the program, so that the user cannot use
xscreensaver to gain illicit access.
