Messages [0002] - [0032] were deleted, and then expunged, to make room.
Transaction numbers remain fixed throughout the life of a meeting; thus,
when transactions (messages) are deleted, they leave a "hole" in the
meeting instead of renumbering all the transactions after the deleted
transaction. If it did that, then people's .meetings file would become
out of date after the renumbering.
