I'd suggest symlinking pfrom to the Athena 'from'; it'll save us some
space in the SIPB locker, which is a good thing. We can leave the
sources in sipbsrc, or perhaps just save a compressed tar file in an
"OLD" or "attic" subdirectory, so people who want to do work on it can
see what's already there. I suspect that in most cases, however, if
anyone wants to do any work on improving pfrom, they'd probably want to
start with the Athena version of from.
