I don't see any changes at all in the xrn sources. Note, Ted, that
xrn has its own copy of clientlib.c, and does not use the one in
/afs/sipb.mit.edu/project/news. I therefore do not understand why you
had to recompile it. In fact, running /mit/sipbsrc/rt/xrn/xrn against
an NNTP server that does not allow me to connect to it still doesn't
print out the correct error message.
I didn't realize that xrn had its own clientlib.c. Grr...... so it
looks like I'll have to replace it too. I see it's from a different
version of NNTP too, so it's almost but not quite the same. Grumble.
