But there IS a sort of change log that consultants can read to be
aware of changes... bug-sipb discuss meeting. that will have
announcements of all changes as well as many other concerns that
consultants might want to be aware of (like if users are experiencing
particular trouble with something).
Well, bug-sipb *should* contain a log of all the changes. I must
confess that I've made a few updates recently without sending mail to
bug-sipb. I'll try to be careful to do so in the future.
