Hi! Is there any one place where people can look to see what has
changed in the sipb locker? A couple of the changes lately (xcal for
additional platforms, new version of xfig, etc) have caused some
questions to come up in OLC, so I was wondering if there was any kind
of changelog that consultants could read so they'd be aware of changes
before the questions started coming in. I've looked at the CHANGES
file in /mit/sipb, but that was last updated in August.
