I am not convinced that the material covered in my transparencies is a
superset of (or even an isomorphism to) the information covered in the
one-page netnews guide. In fact, considering that we're still giving
out printed versions of the one-page netnews guide, I don't understand
why it's in ~sipb/doc/old_docs at all.
In any case, you can look in /afs/sipb/user/jik/microcourses/usenet if
you want to find out.
By the way, I suspect you meant to put ~sipb/doc/old_doc in the
Subject line, not the Cc line.
