I just had to instruct a user on how to create his own .sty file to use
with helvectica PS fonts. This should not have been necessary. Someone
who has some taste in the matter should create a helvetica.sty and place
it in the sipb TeX macros directory.

(I don't want to hear any flames about why people shouldn't typeset
documents in sans-serif fonts. Enforcing a particular style is Leslie
Lamport's job, not ours. :-)
