xscreensaver on RS/6000 doesn't use password

I thought that the rsaix getpw* library routines automatically fill in
the password field of the structure if the process has access to read
/etc/security/passwd. The xscreensaver source code doesn't do
anything special one way or the other on the RS/6000 -- I assumed that
making the binary setgid 7 would be sufficient (that's what I was
told). If I need to do something special, somebody's going to have to
tell me what....
