For all machines except for the rs6000, sipb has
the dvi2ps program.
I would really appreciate it if you had it for rs6000, since I have
several shell-scripts which rely on the program being placed in sipb.
SIPB does not intend to support dvi2ps on the rs6000, because our new
DVI to PostScript convert, dvips, is better and will soon be compiled
for the rs6000.
I suggest you switch to dvips. If you don't want to do that, then I
suggest you use the version of dvi2ps that is installed in the
standard Project Athena release on the rs6000, in
/usr/athena/bin/dvi2ps.
