As Rhu said, I think this would be mainly usefull when there are
multiple open machines. Also, not everyone can login to charon (me,
for example) when they'd like to use a sipb machine remotely.
As for the other, I'm clueless as to what should go where. I sent the
dclock stuff to sipb, and was told it should go to bug-sipb. I didn't
know sipb-staff existed. I can't find this info in the FAQ, but if I
get a decentanswer, I'll be happy to summarize and send it off to
Mike.
