This is because you are using /afs/athena/contrib/sipb/rsaixbin,
instead of /afs/sipb/project/sipb/rsaixbin. The latter is the real
sipb locker. The former is a shadow, which is not guaranteed to be
correct. If you used attach instead of hardcoded afs pathnames, you
wouldn't have this problem.
