The file "/afs/athena/contrib/sipb/decmipsbin/webster" is currently
not present, since our latest attempt to update this file encountered
a disk-quota problem. It will likely be available again soon, perhaps
by tomorrow.

As of right now, a workaround for webster access would be to run the
program "/afs/sipb/project/sipb/decmipsbin/webster". However, the
primary supported location of SIPB software is currently being
reevaluated. Because of this, if your LCS machine obtains SIPB
software using a hard-coded path (i.e., /afs/athena/contrib/sipb), we
can't recommend any particular path as a long-term solution to
guaranteeing availability of SIPB software.

In general, if your machine does not have an 'attach' program with
support for Athena's Hesiod domain, you may occasionally need to look
in each of these (and possibly, though not likely, other) AFS
directories for SIPB software. To determine the current location of
the primary copy of the SIPB fileset, log into an Athena machine and
look at the first output line from the command 'hesinfo sipb filsys'.

Also, if you have further questions about SIPB software, please send
them to the address 'bug-sipb', not 'sipb'.

Matt
