I have had this problem a couple of times, and wanted to notify you of
it, in case you didn't already know. When I am in "webster" mode, if
I type in a word the computer doesn't recognize, and get back the
standard "The webster server has failed to answer the request to look
up your word...." message, the xterm window no longer displays the
text I type in. It accepts commands perfectly well (I was able to
open this emacs window) but they cannot be seen. It's not that
serious-- kill the window and open a new one, and there's no problem--
but it's sort of a pain....
Fixed. Sorry for the trouble, and thanks for reporting it.
