If I have an xfig borderwidth value of 2 in my .Xresources file, then
the xfig window comes up incorrectly -- the drawing window is only
half-height, and the operation selection icons are in a single column
which goes off the bottom of the window, instead of being in a
double-column.
Changing the border-width to 1 eliminates this problem.
What gives?
