A working version of xscreensaver has been installed in the sipb
locker for the rs6000.
This xscreensaver will not allow a locked screen to be switched to a
new HFT (Thanks go to Lucien for the code that disables HFT
switching.).
However, it will still allow ctrl-alt-backspace to kill the X server,
because there's no way for xscreensaver to disable that.
Bug reports, as usual, should be sent to bug-sipb.
