The only reason not to build on that machine is when using AFS space
on it... when we first got it, it was apparently the case that one way
to hose the cell (particularly that Rs6000) really badly was to have
it compiling onto itself... this is why sipbsrc (the sources) and
/mit/sipbsrc/rios (the build space) are actually on ronald-ann:

Since Interviews is in Athena NFS space, there is no problem with
building them on rosebud.
