They're old and crufty. Also, some new users of
/afs/sipb/project/tcsh/tcsh have been mistakenly reading the man page in
/mit/sipb/man, which does not correpond to the program they are running.
We should either remove these (and the man page) or install symlinks to
the locations in /afs/sipb/project/tcsh. (Copying them would be a waste
of disk space, and they'd probably get out of sync anyway.)
I will do this in a day or so if someone who really cares about tcsh
doesn't do it first.
