The VAX zsh has disappeared from the read-write and read-only sipb
volumes in the athena cell. Also, zsh.old seems to be more recent than
zsh in the sipb cell:

In fact, zsh.old corresponds to the version currently in the vax build
tree.
I have two questions:
(1) Why is VAX zsh missing from the athena cell? Someone who'd changed
their default shell in moira to be /afs/athena/contrib/sipb/bin/zsh
complained to me about not being able to log in.
(2) What happened to the synctree that is allegedly happening every
night? Shouldn't this have resolved this discrepancy between the athena
cell and sipb cell copies of the sipb fileset? This has not been made
clear yet...I'll ask again at tonight's meeting.
