User yandros has a file called /mit/yandros/Project/buttons.tar.F which
contains a need little emacs/latex package. It pops up an x window from
emacs with menus containing latex commands. Nifty features include
automatic accent view/insertion. Math/greek characters. etc.
Can this be placed in the sipb lib?
