Look at /mit/eichin/projects/one-page/sipb-software.tex for a list of
categories of programs. I'm going to be working on a one-page guide to
SIPB software; if you care about something, write up a blurb about it
and send it to me.
As for deleting things - well, what we really need as some
*rationale* for why something is in the SIPB locker at all.
Suggestions?
