I posted a message in rec.bicycles announcing a meeting of the mit cycling
club. I restricted the distribution to 'mit'. A few days later I got
several messages/flames from people all over the country based on the message.
Does the distribution restriction work. Did everyone see my message or did
it only leak out to a few sites?
