xdvi (both X10 and X11) seems to omit horizontal lines from the display
under certain circumstances. I noticed with something like
\[
\sqrt{\frac{1}{a} - \frac{2}{a}}
\]
The '-' gets displayed but the fraction bars and the top of the radical
do not. Is this a bug with xdvi or does it have something to do with
X?
