I have rearranged the TeX sources on snorkelwacker, and updated to TeX
2.93 at the same time.

The stuff on sipb (both bat and m4-035-w) is now C TeX, 2.93. It is no
longer undumped, it just loads the format files and goes. Loading times are
approximately identical betwen non-undumped and undumped versions, so I
opted for space conservation and flexibility (non-undumped).

/u1/uus/{vs2,rtpc}/web2c contains the latest version of web2c, C TeX,
BibTeX, MetaFont, and friends.

/u1/uus/{vs2,rtpc}/tex contains Common-TeX 2.9 (not used anymore),
undump (also not used), other random stuff, and .tex, .doc, and .sty
files which get installed into /mit/sipb/lib/tex/macros.

The Makefile in web2c/ will build TeX and BibTeX, create formats for
Plain TeX, LaTeX, and SliTeX, and install it all.

The Makefile in tex/ will tar up the files to be installed, and put them
into /mit/sipb/lib/tex/macros/
