Sources for rrn do not appear to be on Snorkelwacker; I'm not sure
where they are.
The rrn binary in /u1/uus/rtpc/rrn/rtbin/rrn is stripped, so I can't
patch the svc code to the correct value.
Could someone who knows what they're doing with respect to rrn rebuild
it? While they're at it, could they arrange for a binary _with_
symbol table to show up on Snorkelwacker?
