At around 4:51 on 1/29, the zephyr server on neskaya appeared to hang
for about a minute. zstat on the other servers showed neskaya in the
"SERV_TARDY" state. zstat on neskaya timed out. The server did not
restart: zstat shows a large uptime now that it is responding again.
There were other zephyr events earlier in the night. My zhm switched
servers around 1:58, and others lost subscriptions around 2:40 AM
(this based on reports from dkk).
Perhaps this was caused by people at other sites using our zephyr servers?
Foreign use of MIT zephyr servers has been suggested as the cause of some
zephyr problems over IAP.
