I know it's hard to verify locations, and also that the format of the dump
file produced on the server is somewhat cryptic- that's why I said he should
double check that he's looking at the right database.
"zctl ret" will only return the subscriptions of the currently client, in
any case, and not of all clients. If that request times out when others
aren't, that's another bug that should be looked into.
