Kabila Chilembwe, the public relation officer to the late Laurent Kabila former president of the Democratic Republic of Congo who was assassinated on Tuesday, the 16th of January 2001 by one of his bodyguards who also comes from the same community with him.

He came back from South Africa after depositing the money and was arrested along with other top officials of the government by Major General Joseph Kabila, the son of the late president who is now the new president, with the intention to rope them in, unfortunately my husband died in detention on the 15th April 2001.
All my traveling papers have been seized by the government thereby preventing us from traveling and all the local and international outfit of our business empire seized. This sum of money is our only hope to stay alive. I have therefore agreed to compensate your good self with 25% of the total deposit when you finally claim the deposit box from the security firm and lodged in your account.
