I've just talked to cbsmith, who was getting messages for mplubrat on
e40-008-10. The /tmp/wg.### file for cbsmith had 1163 (byte-swapped),
which the server lists as a port number for mplubrat on that machine.
Possible hypotheses:
* The new zwgc gets the same port number, and the server doesn't
realize that the old process has died.
* The authentication information is getting mixed up somewhere (must
be hostmanager or server), so mplubrat and cbsmith get confused.
However, their login sessions on e40-008-10 today didn't overlap.
* The server isn't strict enough in authentication checks for some
functions, such as subscription retrieval.
